Recommended Action

Approve responses to 2018-19 Yolo County Grand Jury reports:
1. Flood Management in the Urban Environment - Yolo County LAFCo and the Role of Reclamation Districts 537 and 900 within the City of West Sacramento
2. Missed Funding Opportunities: West Sacramento Flood Control Projects
3. Health & Human Services: The Drug Medi-Cal Organized Delivery System -- A Watershed Moment
4. Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) Report: ORR Places Youth in Yolo County Detention -- What Can Be Improved?
Authorize the County Administrator to transmit responses to Judge Reed of the Superior Court.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

According to Penal Code §933 and 933.05, the respondents named in a Grand Jury report are required to respond in writing. The attached documents represent the responses from the Yolo County Board of Supervisors, Chief Probation Officer and Health & Human Services Agency. Upon approval and receipt, the responses will be forwarded to Judge Reed as provided by law.
