Recommended Action

Approve lease agreement with Owen Hughes for lease of County aircraft hanger #12 and authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the agreement.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

The County leases 13 aircraft hangars for the benefit of airplane owners and operators. Owen Hughes desires to rent hangar #12 for one year with the option to renew annually for an additional five years for a total of six years. Staff recommends approval of the lease agreement.
