| Approve the lease agreement with Gary Pelfrey for leasing County hangar #9 and authorize the County Administrator or designee to execute the agreement. |

| The County leases 13 hangars for the benefit of airplane owners and operators. Gary Pelfrey desires to rent hangar #9 for one year with the option to renew annually each year for an additional five years for a total of six years. Staff recommends approval of the lease agreement. |
