A. Accept the following resignations:
  1. David Merwin from the Clarksburg Fire Protection District.
  2. Carol Gorman from the Mary's Cemetery District.
  3. Linda Deos from the Yolo County Health Council.
B. Approve the following appointments:
  1. Katherine Eastham to the Maternal Child Adolescent Health Advisory Board representing Category B for a term ending January 31, 2021.
  2. Brooke Herrgessell to the Spring Lake Fire Protection District for a term ending February 1, 2023.
