Motion by Supervisor Barajas and seconded by Supervisor Villegas to support a 600 ft buffer from Outdoor Cultivation for Identified Sensitive Land Uses (recommended action A from slide 13).

Substitute motion made by Supervisor Provenza to support a 1000 ft buffer from Outdoor Cultivation for Identified Sensitive Land Uses (scenario 5 from slide 14) and to grant the Planning Commission the ability to make exceptions to any of the 49 existing cultivators. Motion died for lack of a second.
