- Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Community Services department;
- Approve an accelerated merit step increase for an Outreach Specialist II in the Health and Human Services Agency from Step 4 to Step 5 for exceptional qualifications, effective January 3, 2021; and
- Approve an accelerated merit step increase for the Chief Financial Officer at the Department of Financial Services from Step 4 to Step 5 for exceptional qualifications, effective December 20, 2020.

Human Resources recommends the Board approve the Health and Human Services Agency's request to grant an accelerated merit step increase to Step 5 for Terresa Smith, Outreach Specialist II, for exceptional performance and additional responsibilities.This action will result in a 5% increase for the incumbent, effective January 3, 2021.
Human Resources also recommends the Board approve the request to grant an accelerated merit step increase to Step 5 for Chad Rinde, Chief Financial Officer, for exceptional performance and additional responsibilities.This action will result in a 5% increase for the incumbent, effective December 20, 2020.
The Board of Supervisors may adjust the salary of an incumbent to any step within the salary range in order to correct inequities, reward outstanding achievement and performance, or for other reasons acceptable to the Board. |
