Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
The Yolo County District Attorney and Neal D Peart entered into a lease (Agreement No. 14-239) in October 2014 for space B-1, which is located at 414 4th Street, Woodland CA 95695. Over time this lease agreement has been amended (Agreement No. 15-136 on September 2015, Agreement No.17-234 on September 12, 2017, Agreement No. 18-10 on January 23, 2018, and Agreement No. 20-174 on July 7, 2020) to allow for expansion into space B-4, which is a storage area and B-3 which is adjacent from B-1. This addendum, extending the lease, allows the DA fraud units to remain in their current location through January 31, 2024 with an option to extend the lease through January 31, 2027.
The District attorney anticipated the extension to the original lease and included cost in the DA's FY20/21 budget. |
