Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
Yolo County Airport is the site of a crop duster loading pad. Ownership of the pad reverted to the County of Yolo in 2003 and since that time, the County has contracted with local crop dusting entities to use the pad for non-exclusive rights to load fertilizer and pesticides.
Changes to this agreement from previous agreements include an approximately 1% increase in cost of living adjustment from the previous contract and the rent shall be adjusted annually by the consumer price index (CPI) for the San Francisco Bay Area throughout the entire term of this Agreement.
All Airport contractual agreements require Board approval. The agreement is consistent with the Airport Master Plan, Airport Layout Plan, and the existing Aviation Zoning. The lease will generate $2,000.00 in revenue allocated to the airport budget annually during the term. |
