TIME SET AGENDA
             
   9. ZF #2018-0093: Request for a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 156.7-acre agriculturally zoned parcel into two separate parcels. The project site is located at the northeast intersection of County Road 102 and County Road 26A (APN 042-060-006), approximately one-half mile south from the City of Woodland. Current agricultural uses on the property include approximately 113-acres of irrigated row-crops and a 43-acre pistachio orchard. No development is proposed with the tentative map. A Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for the project. (Applicant/Owner: Bruce Bailey/Himalaya Development, Inc.) (Planner: C. Tschudin)
             
          Charlie Tschudin presented the staff report. The applicant Bruce Bailey addressed the commission and answered questions.

   10. ZF #2018-0088: The project is a request for a Use Permit to construct and operate an unstaffed wireless telecommunications facility with a 79.5-foot tall tower on a one-acre Local Commercial (C-L) zoned parcel. The project site is located at 26789 Highway 16 in the town of Esparto, CA (APN 049-170-012). A Negative Declaration has been prepared and circulated for the project. (Planner: JD Trebec)
             
          Jd Trebec presented the staff report. The applicant addressed the Commission.

          Greg Chew from SACOG provided his presentation to the Commission and answered their questions.
 

             
   12. Overview of Yolo County’s local land trust and discussion on agricultural land conservation. (Michele Clark, Executive Director of The Yolo Land Trust)
             
          Michele Clark provided the presentation and answered the Commission's questions regarding The Yolo Land Trust.

             
   13. DIRECTOR'S REPORT

A report by the Secretary of the Planning Commission on items from the recent Board of Supervisors meetings relevant to the Planning Commission and Department of Community Services activities for the month. No discussion by other commission members will occur except for clarifying questions. The commission or an individual commissioner can request that an item be placed on a future agenda for discussion.
             
          Leslie Lindbo provided the Director's report.

Reports by commission members on information they have received and meetings they have attended which would be of interest to the commission or the public. No discussion by other commission members will occur except for clarifying questions.

The Regular Meeting of the Yolo County Planning Commission adjourned at 10:59 a.m. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the Yolo County Planning Commission is June 13, 2019, in the Board of Supervisors’  Chambers.

Any person who is dissatisfied with the decisions of this Planning Commission may appeal to the Board of Supervisors by filing with the Clerk of the Board within fifteen days from the date of the action. A written notice of appeal specifying the grounds and an appeal fee immediately payable to the Clerk of the Board must be submitted at the time of filing. The Board of Supervisors may sustain, modify, or overrule this decision.
