The Yolo Habitat Conservancy Board met on the 20th day of April 2020, starting at 5:30 p.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, 625 Court Street, Woodland, California.

Public Comment: This is time reserved for the public to address the Conservancy Board on matters not on the agenda.

Catherine Portman of the Burrowing Owl Preservation Society commented.

Approved March 16, 2020 meeting minutes.

REGULAR AGENDA

Received and filed monthly financial reports through February 29, 2020.

Approved changes to the 2020-21 budget process, and review and provide feedback on proposed FY 2020-21 budget.


					Minute Order 20-15: Approved the recommended actions, including that the Yolo Habitat Conservancy will contract with Yolo County for executive director leadership and administrative services. MOTION: Neu. SECOND: Guerrero. AYES: Guerrero, Neu, Rodriguez, Sandy, Saylor. ABSENT: Arnold.
