Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Elections, Community Services, County Counsel and Sheriff's Office; adopt resolution providing for At-Will appointments to County positions; and approve a car allowance for the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, effective April 14, 2019. (No general fund impact) (Nunes)  
             
         

Per SB 1436 it was announced this item includes a recommendation to provide a salary increase of a 7.6% differential to the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters and a 4.4% differential to the County Counsel. Approved recommended action by Resolution Nos. 19-39 and 19-40 and approved a car allowance for the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters, effective April 14, 2019.
 

             
   10. Provide conceptual approval to continue facility planning efforts for a 'Davis Community and Education Center' with local partners, adopt budget resolution to utilize $28,705 in general fund contingency for a design of the facility, and authorize the Assistant County Administrator or his/her designee to sign a Work Authorization with WMB Architects to develop the design.(General fund impact $28,705) (4/5 vote required) (Blacklock/Jhajj)

Amend the Memorandum of Understanding with the Cooperative Agricultural Support Services Authority for an additional amount of $8,000, for a total of $168,000, to fill temporary/seasonal positions in the plant pest detection, trapping, quarantine and/or other services as determined under the direction of the Agricultural Commissioner for 2018-19. (No general fund impact) (Young)

Authorize the use of Information Technology funds for a Relay 2500 Folder Inserter Machine and adopt a budget resolution adjusting the Department of Financial Services 2018-19 budget to reflect an increase of $7,486; and adopt amendment to Department of Financial Services 2018-19 fixed asset inventory. (General fund impact $7,486) (4/5 vote required) (Yarris/Rinde)

Glide Foundation to be used towards costs associated with upgrading the existing play and exercise yards at the Yolo County Animal Shelter, and adopt budget resolution to amend budget to increase the 2018-19 Animal Services budget by $18,000 to appropriate unanticipated revenues. (No general fund impact) (4/5 vote required) (Lopez)
