| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| On June 6, 2017, the Yolo County Board of Supervisors approved a five year lease agreement with the California State Assembly for the rental of office space at 600 A Street, Davis, for use as an Assembly District Office for the 4th Assembly district. The lease agreement, which began August 1, 2017, would, if fully executed, have termed on July 31, 2021. During regular review of these contracts, both the General Services Department and the California State Assembly realized this would not be an appropriate term date for the incumbent Assembly person. As such, an amendment has been prepared for BOS approval, extending the term date of the lease agreement, if fully executed, through July 31, 2022. |
