					Minute Order 20-11: Approved consent agenda items nos. 4-7. MOTION: Guerrero. SECOND: Arnold. AYES: Arnold, Guerrero, Neu, Sandy, Saylor. ABSENT: Rodriguez.

Approved January 27, 2020 meeting minutes.

Approved modifications to the Yolo HCP/NCCP Covered Species Habitat Evaluation and Scoring Worksheet for Prospective Conservation Easement Properties Template.

Approved revised contract with Center for Natural Lands Management for $14,200 for Palmate-bracted bird's beak surveys at Woodland Regional Park.

Received and filed the 2020 Yolo HCP/NCCP Development Fees Automatic Inflation Adjustment Memorandum.

REGULAR AGENDA

Authorized the Executive Director to execute a new Certificate of Inclusion and amend the Special Participating Entity agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) to allow the use of Yolo HCP/NCCP permit coverage for the PG&E S-648 Buckeye Station Upgrade.
