Adelita Serena, Mark Van Horn, Lucia Kaiser, Elizabeth Robbins, Linda Deos, Mark Aulman, Suzanne Reed, David Abramson, Hannah de la Calle and Robyn Rominger addressed the Board of Supervisors during this item.
 
 

Motion by Supervisor Provenza to approve option 1 with the addition of collaboration from the coalition group on the resolution; a recommendation on goals and time tables for the resolution and an ongoing involvement of an advisory committee or work group for communities members to continue being involve, and the recommendation of specific advisory to the Board of what the effect of climate would be to that action.  Before a second was made, Supervisor Villegas made a substitute motion for staff to return to the Board with recommendations on how to incorporate public involvement. Motion died for a lack of a second.
 
 

Minute Order No. 20-28: Approved option 1 with the addition of collaboration from the coalition group on the resolution and directed staff to return to the Board with specific recommendations as part of the sustainability plan.
