Review and approve Sideletter Agreement between the County of Yolo and the Yolo County Deputy Sheriff's Association.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

This Sideletter Agreement addresses the process for the transfer of employees in the unit and creates the Resident Deputy position. This positions is subject to the County and Board of Supervisors appropriating and approving sufficient monies to fund it.
