| Conduct Board Governance Session. The Board is expected to generally discuss matters of effective governance including but not limited to: discussion of a County vision statement; methods to increase engagement in Board meetings with a focus on diversity and inclusion; scheduling communication between primary and alternate appointments and a potential protocols for placing honorary resolutions on agenda. |
