Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session, including but not limited to: annual governance assessment; Board visioning activity, Board assignments; a round table on governance; and discussion of feasibility of a code enforcement protocol.

Recommended Action

Conduct Board Governance Discussion: The purpose of this meeting is to identify and discuss matters of general Board governance, including the Board Governance Manual and related issues concerning effective leadership; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:

Governance Assessment
Board Visioning Activity
Round table on other matters concerning Board governance (Attachment B)
Board Assignments (Attachment C)
Discussion of the feasibility of a Code Enforcement protocol
