| Recommended Action |
A. Acknowledge and thank the following for their service:
- Mike Heringer from the Clarksburg General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board. (Term expires 1/31/21)
- Catalina Ruiz and Jennifer Leal from the Knights Landing Community Services District. (Terms expired 12/6/19)
- Benny Mitchell, John Pickerel, John Rodriguez and Paul Basi from the Workforce Innovation Board. (Terms expire 12/15/19)
B. Accept the resignation of Sandie Reed from the Esparto General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board.
C. Remove the following:
- Karen Lafferty from the Board of Directors of Yolo County Historical Museum.
- Ann Panzica from the Yolo County Child Care Planning Council.
D. Approve the following appointments:
- Rosario Valenzuela to the Esparto General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2022.
- Barbara Boehler to the Health Council representing District 4 for a term ending January 31, 2021.
- Nicholas Birtcil to the Local Mental Health Board representing District 3 for a term ending January 31, 2023.
E. Approve the following reappointments:
- Supervisor Provenza to the Agency on Aging\Area 4 Governing Board as Yolo County Representative for a term ending December 31, 2020.
- Sheila Allen to the Agency on Aging\Area 4 Governing Board as Yolo County Alternate for a term ending December 31, 2020.
- Nancy Pennebaker to the Agency on Aging\Area 4 Governing Board as Yolo County Public Member for a term ending December 31, 2020.
- Maria Elena Alvillar to the Community Services Action Board representing the Low Income category for a term ending December 31, 2023.
- Roz Stone and Vincent Olvera to the Community Services Action Board representing the Community Based category for terms ending December 31, 2023.
- John Hulsman Jr. to the Esparto Fire Protection District for a term ending January 1, 2024.
- Yashavant Kulkarni to the North Davis Meadows County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2024.
- Tom Barth to the Yolo County Flood Control and Water Conservation District representing District 5 for a term ending December 15, 2023.
F. Take the following actions for the Emergency Medical Care Committee:
- Ratify the action taken by the Emergency Medical Care Committee on October 24, 2019 to align current members' term expiration dates to January 31, 2024. (For clerical purposes)
- Thank and acknowledge John Heilmann for his services as the alternate representative to the City of West Sacramento.
- Move Steve Binns from primary representative to alternate representative for the City of West Sacramento.
- Appoint Mark Cullison as primary representative to the City of West Sacramento.
