The Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board met on the 20th day of November, 2019, starting at 9:00 a.m. in regular session in the Board of Supervisors' Chambers in the Erwin W. Meier Administration Building, Woodland, California.

   1. Minute Order No. 19-85: Approved agenda as submitted.

MOTION: Hoppin. SECONDED: Flory. AYES: Flory, Hoppin, Scribner.
             
   2. Public Comment: Opportunity for members of the public to address the Assessment Appeals Board on subjects not otherwise on the agenda relating to the Yolo County Assessment Appeals Board. The Board reserves the right to impose a reasonable limit on time afforded to any topic or to any individual speaker.

Considered Assessment Appeal No. 17-87 filed by Smart Growth Investors II LLC. Nick Carter, agent, appeared. The agent, Chief Deputy Assessor George Galang and Principal Appraiser Patty Sanchez addressed the Board.

During the presentation the following exhibits were submitted:

After consideration the matter was taken under submission. Applicant was appraised he would be notified of the decision in 30 days.

Consider the following Items:
  1. Approve closed session minutes of October 23, 2019.
  2. Adopt Corrected Minute Order and Corrected Findings, Conclusions, and Order as to Assessment Appeal Application Nos. 17-0050, 16-0046, 17-0036 and 17-0037 filed by Schilling Robotics LLC, which corrected a reversal of the terms "land" and "improvements" in both Minute Order No. 19-74 and the Findings, Conclusion, and Order adopted by that Minute Order, action taken by this Board on September 25, 2019.
