| Approve the consolidation of certain community college and school district ballot measures for the March 3, 2020 with the Presidential Primary Election. (No general fund impact) (Salinas) |
| Recommended Action |
Approve the requests of the following local jurisdictions to consolidate their measures set for March 3, 2020 with the Presidential Primary Election as permitted under California Elections Code 10400 et seq.:
- Yuba Community College District Measure (C)
- Los Rios Community College District Measure (E)
- Davis Joint Unified School District Measure (G)

Elections Code sections 10401 et. seq. permit the Board of Supervisors to consolidate the elections of any legislative or congressional district, public district, city, county or other political subdivision called to be held on the same day with the regular statewide election.
Yuba Community College District, Los Rios Community College District, and Davis Joint Unified School District have each adopted resolutions calling for an election to be held on March 3, 2020 and requested that the election be consolidated with the Presidential Primary Election scheduled for March 3, 2020. |
