Reason for Recommended Action/Background
On November 5, 2019, the Rolling Acres Permanent Road Division (PRD) was dissolved by the Board in conjunction with a dissolution petition signed by a majority of the PRD members.  Chapter 9 of Title 3 of County Code is the statute prescribing the purpose, charges and procedures for the parcel charges associated with the PRD.  Due to the dissolution of the PRD, these code sections are no longer needed and staff recommends repealing the ordinance to be consistent with prior Board action.  In addition, staff recommends that the advisory committee be dissolved as well.

The ordinance will return to the Board for its second reading on December 17, 2019.
