| Recommended Action |
Approve the requests of the following local jurisdictions to consolidate their elections set for March 3, 2020 with the Presidential Primary Election as permitted under California Elections Code 10400 et seq.:
- Sacramento County Board of Education
- City of Winters
- City of Davis Measure (Q)

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
Elections Code sections 10401 et. seq. permit the Board of Supervisors to consolidate the elections of any legislative or congressional district, public district, city, county or other political subdivision called to be held on the same day with the regular statewide election.
Sacramento County Board of Education and the Cities of Davis and Winters have each adopted resolutions calling for an election to be held on March 3, 2020 and requested that the election be consolidated with the Presidential Primary Election scheduled for March 3, 2020. |
