Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
Through the November 2018 General Election, Yolo County Elections utilized the ballot printing services of Martin & Chapman to ensure accurate ballot production of all Vote By Mail and Precinct ballots. Following the retirements of the principle partners, Martin & Chapman closed down their operations in December 2018. Yolo County Elections has selected Runbeck Election Services to be the ballot provider for Yolo County. Runbeck Election Services has the staff and capability to handle the multi-party ballot complexities of the March 2020 Presidential Primary Election. Runbeck Election Services also has the capability to take over the addressing, ballot insertion, and mailing of the 70,000 Vote By Mail ballots to Yolo County voters which has previously been done in-house by Yolo County Elections staff. |
