Approve the requests of the following local jurisdictions to consolidate their elections and measures set for November 3, 2020 with the General Election as permitted under California Elections Code 10400 et seq.:
- City of Davis
- City of West Sacramento
- City of Woodland and Measures (R, S, T, U and V)
- Colusa County Board of Education
- Los Rios Community College District
- Solano Community College District
- Yuba Community College District
- Yolo County Board of Education
- Davis Joint Unified School District
- Esparto Unified School District and Measure (X)
- Washington Unified School District
- Winters Joint Unified School District and Measure (W)
- Woodland Joint Unified School District and Measure (Y)
- Pierce Joint Unified School District
- River Delta Unified School District Measure (K)

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
Elections Code sections 10401 et. seq. permit the Board of Supervisors to consolidate the elections of any legislative or congressional district, public district, city, county or other political subdivision called to be held on the same day with the regular statewide election.
The City of Davis, City of West Sacramento, City of Woodland, Colusa County Board of Education, Los Rios Community College District, Solano Community College District, Yuba Community College District, Yolo County Board of Education, Davis Joint Unified School District, Esparto Unified School District, Washington Unified School District, Winters Joint Unified School District, Woodland Joint Unified School District, Pierce Joint Unified School District, and River Delta Unified School District have each adopted resolutions calling for an election to be held on November 3, 2020 and requested that the election be consolidated with the General Election scheduled for November 3, 2020. |
