Adopt resolution approving the updated Records Disposition Schedule for the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background

The Clerk of the Board of Supervisors is updating its records disposition schedule to account for regulatory changes. The attached schedule represents a list of all the different types of records that the Clerk of the Board creates, maintains and is responsible for, and the retention period for these records. The new schedule replaces Schedule Number CBS-1 adopted by Resolution No. 83-40.
