In 2014, a workgroup, now known as the YES TEAM - Yolo Encourages Success through Talent Engagement, Assistance & Motivation, was formed to focus on talent development which is a key component of employee engagement. The Team’s purpose is to seek best practices and develop programs, resources, and opportunities to promote continuous learning and development of the County workforce in order to further grow employee engagement. An annual update on the efforts of the YES TEAM work group will be provided to the Board of Supervisors for the May 8, 2018 meeting. |
