Accept resignations, consider appointments and reappointments.
Recommended Action
A. Acknowledge and thank Robert Clark for his service on the South Davis General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board. (Term expired 1/31/18)

B. Accept the following resignations:
  1. Dana Topousis from the Board of Directors of Yolo County Historical Museum.
  2. Dr. Alfred Konuwa and Don Palm from the Workforce Innovation Board.
  3. Heather Vasquez from the Yolo County Childcare Planning Council.
C. Approve the appointment of Helen McCloskey to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2020.

D. Approve the following reappointments:
  1. Susan Stewart to the Capay Cemetery District for a term ending January 31, 2022.
  2. Holly Bishop to the Library Advisory Board representing District 4 for a term ending January 31, 2022.
  3. Nancy Ullrey to the Parks, Recreation & Wildlife Advisory Committee representing District 4 for a term ending January 31, 2022.
  4. Olin Woods to the South Davis General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2020.
  5. Scott Picanso and Mark Ullrich to the Wild Wings County Service Area for terms ending January 31, 2022.
  6. Joanne Roy to the Willowbank County Service Area for a term ending January 31, 2022.
  7. Pierre Neu to the Yolo County Housing Commission as the City of Winters representative for a term ending January 31, 2022.
  8. Helen Thomson to the Yolo County Housing Commission as an At-large member for a term ending January 31, 2020.
E. Approve the following actions to the Emergency Medical Care Committee (Category B (Davis)):
  1. Acknowledge and thank Paul Swanson for his service as the alternate representative. (Change in reps.)
  2. Accept the resignation from Brian Lynch as primary representative.
  3. Appoint Mike Porter as the primary representative for a term ending January 31, 2020.
  4. Appoint Scott Paustian as  an alternate representative for a term ending January 31, 2020.
