Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
On September 13, 2016, the County entered into an agreement with Kinsey & Kinsey Inc. (Kinsey) for the purchase of assessment, consultation and professional services with regard to the County’s implementation of the Infor Enterprise Resource Planning software (ERP). As presented during the Infor update at the April 25, 2017 Board meeting, Kinsey completed the assessment of our ERP system and began working with the County on the recommended course corrections. Staff noted during the presentation a need to increase their contract and the current action will do so by amending the compensation available to allow the needed professional services to continue through the fiscal year. Funds have been budgeted for this purpose and this action is to increase their contract maximum.
Due to the incredible success related to the Infor implementation that Kinsey has helped achieve, staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approves this first amendment with Kinsey & Kinsey, Inc. in order to expand upon their work. |
