| Conduct Board Governance Session. The Board is expected to generally discuss matters of effective governance including but not limited to: good governance practices; government assessment; board assignment process protocol; and advisory committee policy. |

Conduct Board Governance Discussion Session: The purpose of this session is to discuss matters of general Board governance, including related issues concerning effective leadership and good governance practices; and to review and provide input and direction on the following:
- Good Governance Practices -- Discussion
- Yolo County Governance Handbook Review/Governance Assessment – Review & Discussion
- Board assignment process protocol – Review & Discussion
- Board Advisory Committees -- Member Term Limits and Other Policy Issues – Review & Discussion
- Round table on other matters concerning Board Governance
