- Adopt Authorized Position and Salary Resolution to implement changes in the Child Support Services, County Administrator's Office, Health and Human Services Agency and Human Resources; and
- Approve an accelerated vacation accrual rate in the amount of 5.24 hours per biweekly pay period (seventeen days per year) for the Revenue Supervisor, Corina Macias, effective May 9, 2021.

Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
See Attachment A for changes to the Authorized Position and Salary Resolution.
From time to time, staff recommends Board approval of accelerated leave accruals upon hire for highly qualified individuals. Human Resources recommends approval of accelerated vacation accrual in the amount of 5.24 hours per biweekly pay period (seventeen days per year) for Corina Macias, who has accepted the County's job offer for the vacant Revenue Supervisor position, which is in accordance with the current leave schedule for the Supervisory and Professional Employee's Association. Corina is returning with approximately 15 years of experience with Yolo County and has held a variety of accounting positions in multiple departments, including Financial Services and Health and Human Services. |
