Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
On March 7, 2018, the County entered into a three-month agreement with Specialized Utility Services Program, Inc. (SUSP) for operation and maintenance services for the Wild Wings water and waste water facilities, while a comprehensive bid process was conducted for long term operators. SUSP was selected through a request for proposals (RFP) process following the interim agreement. Amendments 1 and 2 extended the term of the agreement and the contract maximum which were allowed under the contract. The current contract term is set to expire June 6, 2021 and allows the proposed amendment. This third amendment will extend the term with SUSP an additional year through June 6, 2022 and increase the management fee by 1.4 percent. |
