| Valley Clean Energy is a joint powers authority that serves electricity customers within the cities of Woodland, Winters, Davis, and the unincorporated areas of Yolo County and launched services in June 2018. Valley Clean Energy staff will provide an update on current activities and future goals and objectives. |
