| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| On March 7, 2018 the County entered into a three-month agreement with Specialized Utility Services Program (SUSP) for operation and maintenance services for the Wild Wings water and wastewater facilities, while a comprehensive bid process was conducted for longer term operators. SUSP was selected through the RFP process following the interim agreement. Amendment 1 and 2 extended the term of the agreement and the contract maximum. The current contract term is set to expire June 6, 2021. Amendment 3 will extend the term with SUSP an additional year, through June 6, 2022 and increase the management fee by 5%. |
