Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
At the May 9, 2017 Yolo County Board of Supervisors meeting, a contract with WMB Architects for the term April 1, 2020 through June 30, 2020 was brought before the Board for On-Call Consultants Services. WMB Architects on-call Agreement No. 17-127 expired June 30, 2020.
At the June 23, 2020 Yolo County Board of Supervisor's meeting, the first amendment extending the term an additional three months for a revised period term of July 1, 2020 was approved. At the September 29, 2020 Yolo County Board of Supervisor's meeting, the second amendment extending the term to January 31, 2021 was approved.
However, additional time is required for committee meetings with the community and stakeholder engagement in the design development. These unforeseen meetings have caused a delay on the overall project schedule. No additional funding is being requested at this time. |
