| Recommended Action |
- Receive and file the attached Certificate of Facts, indicating the number of persons who filed a declaration of candidacy does not exceed the number of offices to be filled at the election.
- Appoint Joemanuel Michel and Lana Reveles to the Cacheville Community Service District.
- Appoint Colleen Fescenmeyer, Charlie Schaupp and Lynn Margaret Fostine to the Esparto Community Service District.
- Appoint Dan Barnett and Steve Gomez to the Madison Community Service District.
- Appoint Louie Muller and Lynnel Pollock to the Yolo Fire Protection District.
- Appoint Halbert W. Charter, Joseph M. Marsh and Lawrence K. Rominger to the Colusa County Water District.
- Appoint Cynthia Peterson, Jake Spooner, Blair Voelz and Dustin Cain to the Dunnigan Water District.
