Source of Funds: Federal, State/Local Funds
Explanation: This recommendation will be funded by 50% Federal funds and 50% State or Local matching funds, such as realignment or MHSA. As such, this does not result in a fiscal impact to the General Fund.

Explanation: This recommendation will be funded by 65% Federal and State funds, 13% Realignment, 17% general fund and 5% fees. This position is being requested as recommended in the Corrective Action Plan for the Public Guardian. The additional cost of this position for this fiscal year is projected to be offset by savings in other areas, such as lower than anticipated legal services. However, this position will constitute an additional ongoing General Fund obligation in 2018-19 and beyond. Since the percentage of general fund for 2017/18 will be covered by current salary and benefit savings within the department, there is no current fiscal impact to the General Fund.
