Reason for Recommended Action/Background

Yolo County Flood Control & Water Conservation District General Manager Tim O'Halloran will provide the Board with a comprehensive update on surface and groundwater conditions for water years 2017 and 2018.

Collaborations (including Board advisory groups and external partner agencies)

Staff has collaborated with the Water Resources Association of Yolo, the State Department of Water Resources, Yolo County Flood Control & Water Conservation District, the Yolo Subbasin Sustainable Groundwater Agency, and private well owners throughout the county.
