B. Approve  the following appointments:

1. Darin Woodfill to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2019.
2. Diego Ochoa to the Capay Valley General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2019.
3. Maria Martinez to the Yolo County Children's Alliance Advisory Committee representing District 5 for a term ending January 31, 2019.
4. Wallace Pearce to the Commission on Aging & Adult Services representing District 2 for a term ending January 30, 2019.
