A. Acknowledge and thank Dr. Leon Schimmel for his service on the Maternal, Child & Adolescent Health Advisory Board. (Term expired)

B. Approve the appointment of Dr. Leon Schimmel to the Health Council as the District 4 representative for a term ending January 31, 2023.
