In addition, the Board took the following actions related to the 2017/18 budget:
  1. Designated $25,000 towards traffic calming measures on CR 99D;
     
  2. Appropriated contingency funding of $160,000 from the Countywide Health & Human Services Agency budget to add one Adult Protective Services Public Health Nurse; and
     
  3. Directed staff to return to the Board with an analysis of SB 82, the Investment in Mental Wellness Act of 2013, specifically data and mental health outcomes of the no longer funded mobile crisis support teams deployed to the police departments.
