			18.	Approve fifth amendment to agreement with Yolo Family Services Agency to increase contract amount by $85,025 for a new contract maximum amount of $2,159,397, for the period July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2018, to provide mental health intervention services for children and youth under age 21 who are eligible for full scope Medi-Cal services including youth involved in the Juvenile Justice or Child Welfare systems. Minute Order No. 17-150: Held public hearing and approved recommended actions A-H, except for recommended action C, the Health & Human Services Agency Budget, by Resolution No. 17-118 and Authorized Position and Salary Resolution No. 17-119. In addition, the Board took the following actions related to the 2017/18 budget:

Designated $25,000 towards traffic calming measures on CR 99D;
Appropriated contingency funding of $160,000 from the Countywide Health & Human Services Agency budget to add one Adult Protective Services Public Health Nurse; and
Directed staff to return to the Board with an analysis of SB 82, the Investment in Mental Wellness Act of 2013, specifically data and mental health outcomes of the no longer funded mobile crisis support teams deployed to the police departments.
