- Approve responses to the following 2015-2016 Yolo County Grand Jury reports:
- Yolo County Elections Office Indiscretions & Culpability
- Yolo Habitat Conservancy: Perseverance, Preservations and Possibilities
- Yolo County Adult and Youth Detention Facility Inspection
- California Connections to Success Act: A Better Bridge to Adulthood for Yolo County's Foster Youth
- Are Yolo County Schools in Compliance with School Safety Plans
- Authorize the County Administrator to transmit responses to Judge Reed of the Superior Court.

| Reason for Recommended Action/Background |
| According to Penal Code §933 and 933.05, the respondents named in a Grand Jury report are required to respond in writing. The attached documents represent the responses from the Yolo County Board of Supervisors, County Administrator, Chief Financial Officer, Health & Human Services Agency Director, Human Resources Director, General Services Director and Chief Probation Officer. Note: the Yolo County Sheriff, on behalf of his office and the Detention Commander, and the Assessor/Clerk-Recorder/Registrar of Voters each responded under separate cover. Upon approval and receipt, the responses will be forwarded to Judge Reed as provided by law. |
