On April 26, 2017, the Yolo County Health and Human Services Agency received three responses to a Request for Proposal for a qualified community based organization to provide programs that offer comprehensive youth services to registered youth ages 14-24 who reside in Yolo County. Services provided are intended to further the participants education and preparation for employment.
