18.   Approve the 2017 Yolo County Fair Security Service Agreement with the 40th District Agricultural Association in the amount of $81,128.10 for the Sheriff's Office to provide security at the Yolo County Fair from August 16 through August 20, 2017. (No general fund impact) (Prieto)

19.   Approve agreement with LocumTenens.com, LLC for the provision of locum tenens psychiatry services in the amount of $600,000 for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018.  (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
 
20.   Approve agreement with Victor Community Support Services, Inc. in the amount of $1,500,000 to provide Urban School-Based Mental Health Access and Linkage; and Urban School-Based Mentorship and Strengths-Building Program services for children ages 6–18 living in urban areas of Yolo County who are having mental health treatment needs, experiencing emotional difficulties and/or exhibiting high-risk behavior for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2020. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
 
21.   Approve seventh amendment to agreement with Yolo Community Care Continuum to increase maximum compensation by $32,700 for 2016-17, for an aggregate contract maximum amount of $3,900,430 for the provision of adult residential treatment services, crisis residential mental health services and after hours phone triage services.  (No general fund impact) (Larsen)

22.   Adopt resolution authorizing execution of the 2017/2019 Resource Family Approval (RFA) Program and approve agreement with the California Department of Social Services, which establishes the responsibilities of each party regarding legal consultation and legal representation in administrative action appeals associated with application to the RFA program of the County Child Welfare Services Agency and the State of California for the term January 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
 
Community Health
 
23.   Approve agreement with the California Department of Public Health to receive grant funding in the amount of $11,025 for the implementation of the Naloxone Distribution Project for the period June 1, 2017 through June 30, 2019.  (No general fund impact) (Larsen)

24.   Approve agreement with Yolo County Children’s Alliance for $244,400 for 2017-18 with three option years to provide Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act comprehensive employment and training services to the youth in Region 2, which includes the Yolo County communities/cities of Clarksburg, Davis and West Sacramento. 25.   Approve fifth amendment to Agreement No. 2010-0124 with Document Fulfillment Services for CalWIN client correspondence printing and mailing services for the Health & Human Services Agency, extending the term through October 31, 2017 and increasing the existing contract by $50,000 for the period July 1, 2017 through October 31, 2017. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)  
 
26.   Approve fifth amendment to Agreement No. SE 15-02 with Yolo Family Service Agency increasing the maximum compensation by $2,200 to $41,800 for the period July 1, 2016 through June 30, 2017 to accommodate additional placements and/or longer placement periods for Subsidized Employment Training for CalWORKs clients. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
 
27.   Adopt resolution authorizing the Health and Human Services Agency Director and/or designee to sign Memorandum of Understanding with the California Health and Human Services Agency for the implementation of a database to permit the transfer of information between states and counties for establishment of medical benefits for children with adoption assistance agreements. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
 
28.   Approve amendment with Yolo Community Care Continuum for Housing Services for CalWORKs families in the amount of $40,000 for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018. (No general fund impact) (Larsen)
