11.   Adopt a resolution approving a temporary interfund transfer of $450,000 from the Wild Wings County Service Area Water Fund to the Wild Wings County Service Area Sewer Fund to address a deficit in that fund due to the necessary rehabilitation of the wastewater recycling facility to ensure continued, uninterrupted service to the community and golf course.
