Authorize the Executive Director to apply for a Central Valley Project Conservation Program grant for conservation of California tiger salamander habitat in the Dunnigan Hills and authorize the Executive Director to enter into a contract with the Yolo County Resource Conservation District to assist with the grant application and increase the contract limit for Eric Hansen (5 minutes)
