| Recommended Action |
A. Accept the following resignations:
- Johanne Lewis from the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board.
- Mary Helen Uribe from the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board.
- Sherrie Ewing from the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board.
- June Forbes from the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board.
- Lisa Cherubini from the Yolo County Local Mental Health Board.
B. Remove the following:
- Frances Gracechild from the In-Home Supportive Services Advisory Board. (Passed away)
- Tom Hayes, Sr. from the Madison Fire Protection District. (Passed away)
C. Approve the appointment of Fawn Montagna to the Yolo County Childcare Planning Council as a District2/Public Agency representative for a term ending January 31, 2020.
D. Approve the following reappointments:
- Dominic DiMare to the Clarksburg General Plan Citizens' Advisory Board for a term ending January 31, 2019.
- Tom Tolson to the Zamora Fire Protection District for a term ending August 1, 2021.
