Public Comment: Members of the public may address the Technical Advisory Committee on any subject relating to the Technical Advisory Committee, but not relative to items on the present agenda. The Committee reserves the right to impose a reasonable time limit on time afforded to any individual speaker.

REGULAR AGENDA

Conduct annual physical inspection of the active channel and floodplain of Lower Cache Creek as a public Cache Creek Technical Advisory Committee meeting. This inspection, called the "Creek Walk," is to be held over three days and wil cover the entire Cache Creek Resources Management Plan area.

The inspection is scheduled to occur as follows:

Wednesday, July 17 - 7:00 a.m. - Capay Dam to Syar Industries Plant Site

Thursday, July 18 - 7:00 a.m. - Syar Industries Plant Site to Cache Creek Nature Preserve

Friday, July 19 - 7:00 a.m. - Cache Creek Nature Preserve to Huff's Corner at Interstate 5

The purpose of the Creek Walk is for the Cache Creek Technical Advisory Committee to observe and document the status of channel conditions as they relate to fluvial geomorphology, hydrology, and biological resources. Members of the public are invited to attend; however, it must be noted that this event is a walking tour and does require moderate physical exertion.
