Reason for Recommended Action/Background

At the December 17, 2019 Board Meeting, the Board directed staff to amend the 2020 Legislative Advocacy Policy to include language specific to emerging issues related to In-Home Supportive Services, Mental Health Services Act funding, and economic development. Staff has revised the policy per Board direction (Att. A and B). The revisions were reviewed and approved by the Legislative Subcommittee.
