15.   Approve the Tule Ranch Mitigation Receiving Site updated conservation easement, authorize the Executive Director to make minor modifications to the conservation easement document if required by the Wildlife Agencies after consultation with Conservancy’s legal counsel, and authorize the Executive Director to proceed with steps necessary to enroll the property in the Yolo HCP/NCCP reserve (5 minutes) Click to View
 
16.   Authorize Executive Director to enter into a contract with Triangle Properties, INC., for $140,470 to plant at least 800 elderberry seedlings and native associates at the Woodland-Reiff property as required to comply with mitigation requirements of the Yolo HCP/NCCP, and in accordance with the developed planting plan for the site.
