Beamer Street in Woodland for $249,000; authorize the Director of General Services to amend the AMPCO North, Inc. contract (up to 20% of its original amount for contingency purposes) should amendments be required by the scope of the project; and adopt a budget resolution to appropriate the remaining surplus funds from the Courthouse Construction fund balance by $500,000.
